Our President Christopher Sheeron joined 35 other consumer and taxpayer organizations in sending a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and Acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock explaining why banning menthol and other flavored tobacco products would have serious unintended consequences. In addition, this coalition urged HHS and FDA to engage in evidence-based policy making and embrace new technologies and alternative nicotine delivery systems.
